Nivoba supplies a pilot vacuum filter to the Danish Technical University

Nivoba supplied a lab scale rotary vacuum filter unit to the Danish Technical University (DTU) in Lyngby. The filter unit is supplied with both a scraper and a belt discharge system. This enables testing with all vacuum filter techniques.

The rotary drum vacuum filter is maybe the most versatile filtration technique in use in the industrial market. The low energy requirement, flexibility to varying process parameters and ease to operate is appreciated in the wide process industry. In effect the Nivoba lab scale rotary vacuum filter is regularly sold to industrial and public research centres. The unit is sanitary and highly automated. It is operated over a touch-screen. All possible operational parameters can be adjusted and controlled.
