Starch recovery from french fries production

Operating a Nivoba starch recovery unit in her existing plant, this renown Belgium french fries producer chose for Nivoba for a similar installation in her newly built production plant.

Aiming at maximum operational efficiency the company teamed up with Nivoba again for the delivery of a starch recovery unit in her newly built plant. The unit reclaims the maximum amount of starch and so realizes a maximum cycle of water in the french fries process.
