Wheat starch and Glucose plant

The main contracting of a wheat starch plant and the installation for the conversion of the starch to glucose. The glucose is used a raw material for the production of lycine.

 The project scope involved the wheat milling, wheat starch and gluten production, glucose conversion and treatment of waste water by using a Mechanical Vapour Recompression System and water purification system. The plant capacity is 100.000 MT/h.
