Refining sieve R80-100/150/200
The Nivoba Refining sieve has been developed for solid liquid separation.
A wide variety of screens in combination with a very effective drum cleaning system make the sieve extremely suitable for separating fibrous material.
Liquids containing coarse solids enter the sieve drum. The liquid passes the sieve lining and is collected in the buffer tank underneath. Solids are pushed along to the far end of the drum by means of a ribbon screw. Whilst the solids are transported over the sieve lining, the solids are dewatered even more. At the end of the drum the solids leave the sieve drum through the solids outlet.
A refining sieve mainly comprises a drum frame fitted with sieve lining by means of a quick-dismountable clamping basket; a feed pipe; an effluent tank; and a drum cleaning spray pipe. The refining sieve is available in three different sizes.
